Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Michael fells Live Oak
January 18, 2024: Watson, LA 70706 St. Michael Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA), 63-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Michael upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Warriors travel to Brusly (Brusly, LA) to play the Panthers in a 4A District 6 bout on Friday, January 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 17-0.
Next up, the Eagles play the Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Live Oak will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The go into the bout with a 15-9 record after their 67-58 league win over Salmen (Slidell, LA).
