January 18, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15205 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Bishop Canevin Crusaders (Pittsburgh, PA), by a margin of 54-24.
The Raiders (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Butler (Butler, PA). The Golden Tornado go into the WPIAL 6A 1 outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Butler was trounced by Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA), 50-33, in a league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Riverview for a non-league outing on Monday, January 22. Bishop Canevin will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 47-29 non-league win over Springdale (Springdale, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 11-4.
