In Thursday's non-league outing, the Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) basketball squad edged the visiting Union Redhawks (Tulsa, OK), by a margin of 49-48.

The Warriors (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 13-0 record. In their last outing, Putnam City West held off Norman (Norman, OK), 53-42, in a league outing.

The Redhawks now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to KIPP Tulsa University Prep for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 20. Union will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 42-41 non-league win over Independent (Wichita, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-6.
