January 18, 2024: Wyandotte, OK 74370 The Wyandotte Bears basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Hillcrest Hornets to 52 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Afton for a Lucky Seven contest on Friday, January 19. Wyandotte will meet a Eagles team coming off a 50-36 non-league win over Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 13-2.
The Hornets (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Chouteau-Mazie was nudged by Afton (Afton, OK), 50-36, in a non-league contest.
