McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers confront the Tempe Buffaloes (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. McClintock will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Dysart (El Mirage, AZ).

The Bulldogs now possess a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host North Canyon for a 5A Metro challenge on Wednesday, January 24.
