January 18, 2024: Hialeah, FL 33016 The Hialeah Educational Academy Biggie (Hialeah, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Belen Jesuit Wolverines (Miami, FL), 47-36 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Biggie (5-4) will now prepare for their test against NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, NSU University notched a victory over American Heritage (Plantation, FL), 94-25, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Thomas Aquinas for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 24. Belen Jesuit will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 62-39 league win over Deerfield Beach (Deerfield Beach, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 12-2.
