In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Aquinas Knights basketball team scored a big 50-23 triumph over the Rittman Indians.

The Knights (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Christian (Youngstown, OH). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Valley Christian smashed Southern (Salineville, OH), 74-51, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH) in a Wayne County contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Rittman will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Bobcats go into the contest with a 12-2 record after their 54-51 non-league loss to Perry (Massillon, OH).
