Georgia High School Basketball - Cass sneaks past North Cobb
January 18, 2025: Kennesaw, GA 30144 The Cass Colonels (White, GA) basketball edged the host North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA), 47-45 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Colonels now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Cartersville for a AAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Cass will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 73-53 league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 10-10.
With the loss, North Cobb falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Wheeler (Marietta, GA) to play the Wildcats in a AAAAAA Region 5 bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 16-3. Wheeler won 77-64 in their recent non-league bout against Newton (Covington, GA)
