Illinois High School Basketball - Centralia routs Sumner
January 18, 2025: Centralia, IL 62801 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Centralia Orphans basketball team scored a big 62-34 triumph over the Sumner Bulldogs.
The Orphans (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Effingham (Effingham, IL). The Hearts go into the non-league contest with a 6-13 record.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Collinsville Kahoks (Collinsville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Sumner will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Kahoks go into the contest with a 9-10 record after their 62-39 league loss to Belleville East (Belleville, IL).
