January 18, 2025: Montclair, NJ 07042 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Immaculate Conception Lions basketball squad scored a nice 81-65 victory over the Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders.
With the victory, Immaculate Conception advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Lions host Payne Tech (Newark, NJ) to meet the Lions in a Super Essex - Liberty battle on Monday, January 20. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 8-5. Payne Tech won 91-55 in their recent non-league battle against Pioneer Academy (Wayne, NJ)
The Maroon Raiders now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hun for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. Dwight Morrow will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 80-66 non-league win over Peddie (Hightstown, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 4-8.
