January 18, 2025: Moncks Corner, SC 29461 West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Berkeley Stags (Moncks Corner, SC), 37-24 in a league match.
With the victory, West Ashley upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to face the Iron Horses in a match on Monday, January 20. The Iron Horses enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The Stags now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cane Bay for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Berkeley will face a Cobras squad coming off a 54-31 non-league loss to Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Cobras record now stands at 5-4.
