Ohio High School Basketball - Amanda-Clearcreek knocks off Waverly
January 18, 2025: Amanda, OH 43102 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Amanda-Clearcreek Aces basketball team scored a good 37-29 win over the Waverly Tigers.
The Aces (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hamilton Township (Columbus, OH). The Rangers come into the Mid-State - Buckeye contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Hamilton Township defeated Liberty Union (Baltimore, OH), 40-31, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Minford Falcons (Minford, OH) in a Southern Ohio III contest, on Monday, January 20. Waverly will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 67-39 non-league win over Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH).
