With the victory, Start upgrades its record to 14-2 on the year. The Spartans host Springfield (Holland, OH) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 0-14. Springfield lost 62-18 in their recent non-league battle against Archbold (Archbold, OH)
The Pirates now own a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincolnview for a Northwest battle on Thursday, January 23. Bluffton will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 56-41 non-league win over Hicksville (Hicksville, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 10-7.
