Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Brockway thwarts Union

January 18, 2025: Rimersburg, PA 16248

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Brockway Rovers (Brockway, PA) and the host Union Knights/Damsels (Rimersburg, PA), observed Brockway's basketball team knock off Union by a score of 51-32.

The Rovers (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against DuBois Central Catholic (DuBois, PA). The Cardinals come into the Allegheny Mountain challenge with a 12-1 record. In their last challenge, DuBois Central Catholic prevailed over Cameron County (Emporium, PA), 43-20, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights/Damsels encounter the Keystone Panthers (Knox, PA) in a Keystone Shortway challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Union will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 47-29 league win over North Clarion (Tionesta, PA).
