Georgia High School Basketball - North Cobb triumphant over Cass
January 18, 2025: Kennesaw, GA 30144 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA) and the visiting Cass Colonels (White, GA), observed North Cobb's basketball team overwhelm Cass by a score of 56-33.
The Warriors (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheeler (Marietta, GA). The Wildcats come into the AAAAAA Region 5 challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Wheeler trounced Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA), 53-43, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Colonels encounter the Cartersville Hurricanes (Cartersville, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Cass will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 12-8 record after their 55-15 league win over Allatoona (Acworth, GA).
