Oklahoma High School Basketball - Geronimo holds off Velma-Alma
January 18, 2025: Geronimo, OK 73543 The Geronimo Blue Jays basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Velma-Alma Comets to 45 in the Blue Jays non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blue Jays now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Grandfield for a Southern Eight game on Thursday, January 30.
With the loss, Velma-Alma falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Marlow (Marlow, OK) to confront the Outlaws in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Outlaws go into the game with a record of 5-7.
