California High School Basketball - Healdsburg knocks off Sonoma Valley
January 18, 2025: Healdsburg, CA 95448 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Healdsburg Greyhounds (Healdsburg, CA) and the visiting Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA), observed Healdsburg's basketball team overcome Sonoma Valley by a margin of 38-30.
The Greyhounds (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Mustangs come into the North Bay - Redwood challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, St. Vincent de Paul defeated Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA), 48-24, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Dragons battle the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons (San Anselmo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. Sonoma Valley will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Peregrine Falcons come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 38-36 league loss to Branson (Ross, CA).
