California High School Basketball - Rodriguez triumphant over Bethel
January 18, 2025: Fairfield, CA 94534 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rodriguez Mustangs (Fairfield, CA) and the visiting Bethel Jaguars (Vallejo, CA), observed Rodriguez's basketball team overwhelm Bethel by a margin of 59-12.
The Mustangs (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Sacramento (Sacramento, CA). The Dragons come into the Monticello Empire League challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Sacramento was trounced by Vanden (Fairfield, CA), 80-26, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. Bethel will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 52-43 non-league loss to American Canyon (American Canyon, CA).
