January 18, 2025: Decatur, IL 62526 In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL) basketball squad defeated the visiting Mattoon Greenwave (Mattoon, IL), by a score of 43-35.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Mt. Zion Braves (Mt. Zion, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 22. St. Teresa will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 10-13 record after their 52-29 non-league loss to Springfield (Springfield, IL).
The Greenwave (4-14) will now prepare for their test against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, IL). The Hiltoppers come into the non-league test with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Hillsboro overcame Riverton (Riverton, IL), 64-23, in a non-league test.
