Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mechanicsburg fells Northern York
January 18, 2025: Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 The Mechanicsburg Wildcats basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Northern York Polar Bears to 29 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Cedar Cliff for a Mid-Penn - Keystone game on Wednesday, January 22. Mechanicsburg will confront a Colts team coming off a 31-16 non-league loss to William Penn (York, PA). The Colts record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Northern York falls to 12-2 on the campaign. The Polar bears travel to Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA) to confront the Greyhounds in a Mid-Penn - Colonial game on Tuesday, January 21. The Greyhounds go into the game with a record of 6-7.
