Florida High School Basketball - Gaither overwhelms Brandon
January 18, 2025: Tampa, FL 33618 The Gaither Cowboys basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Brandon Eagles to 51 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cowboys now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Wharton for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. Gaither will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Robinson (Tampa, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Brandon falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Spoto (Riverview, FL) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 2-5. Spoto lost 51-17 in their recent non-league game against Wharton (Tampa, FL)
