Washington High School Basketball - Kentwood nudges Mount Si
January 19, 2022: Snoqualmie, WA 98065 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA) basketball squad edged the host Mount Si Wildcats (Snoqualmie, WA), by a margin of 46-44.
The Conquerors (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Auburn (Auburn, WA). The Trojans go into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Cascade outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Auburn held off Auburn Mountainview (Auburn, WA), 50-43, in a league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Newport - Bellevue for a 4A KingCo outing on Friday, January 21. Mount Si will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 37-32 league win over Redmond (Redmond, WA). The Knights record now stands at 3-6.
