New Hampshire High School Basketball - Timberlane nips Kingswood
January 19, 2022: Wolfeboro, NH 03894 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH) and the host Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH), saw Timberlane's basketball squad hold off Kingswood by a tally of 44-39.
With the victory, Timberlane improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Owls host Milford (Milford, NH) to play the Spartans in a Division II challenge on Friday, January 21. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Milford lost 47-35 in their recent league challenge against Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH)
Next up, the Knights play the Hanover Marauders (Hanover, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Friday, January 21. Kingswood will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 66-58 league win over Bedford (Bedford, NH).
