Kentucky High School Basketball - Carterville crushes Fort Campbell
January 19, 2023: Fort Campbell, KY 42223 Carterville Lions (Carterville, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY), 70-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Carterville upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Graves County (Mayfield, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Graves County won 91-25 in their recent non-league bout against Century (Ullin, IL)
Next up, the Falcons play the Century Centurions (Ullin, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Fort Campbell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Centurions go into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 91-25 non-league loss to Graves County (Mayfield, KY).
