Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lyman Greyhounds (Longwood, FL) and the visiting Winter Springs Bears (Winter Springs, FL), saw Lyman's basketball squad overcome Winter Springs by a tally of 55-46.

With the victory, Lyman improves its record to 4-15 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Seminole (Sanford, FL) to confront the Seminoles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. The Seminoles come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Seminole won 69-28 in their recent league challenge against DeLand (DeLand, FL)

Next up, the Bears confront the Lake Mary Rams (Lake Mary, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Winter Springs will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 66-65 non-league win over Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL).
