The Colonels now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bell County for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Whitley County will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 88-64 league loss to Harlan County (Harlan, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-11.
The Mountain Lions (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Paris (Paris, KY). The Greyhounds come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Paris was toppled by George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY), 103-48, in a league battle.
