January 19, 2023: Gastonia, NC 28052 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Tabernacle Christian Conquerors (Hickory, NC) basketball squad felled the host Victory Christian Academy Patriots (Gastonia, NC), by a margin of 89-75.
The Conquerors (15-2) will now prepare for their outing against Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC). The Eagles go into the NCCSA AA West Region 2 outing with a 8-11 record. In their last outing, Faith Christian was beaten by Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC), 57-51, in a league outing.
The Patriots now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20. Victory Christian Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 53-34 non-league win over Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.
