South Dakota High School Basketball - Waubay/Summit trounces Aberdeen Christian
January 19, 2023: Waubay, SD 57273 The Waubay/Summit Mustangs (Waubay, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD), 46-17 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland was trounced by Castlewood (Castlewood, SD), 67-23, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they travel to Warner for a B Region 1 test on Monday, January 23. Aberdeen Christian will encounter a Monarchs squad coming off a 47-26 league win over Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD). The Monarchs record now stands at 8-2.
