Pennsylvania High School Basketball - East Allegheny ripped by Brentwood
January 19, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15227 The Brentwood Spartans basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting East Allegheny Wild Cats to 24 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Brentwood will battle a Prexies team coming off a 58-27 league win over Bentworth (Bentleyville, PA). The Prexies record now stands at 11-4.
The Wild Cats (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Yough (Herminie, PA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Yough was routed by South Park (South Park, PA), 48-34, in a league contest.
