January 19, 2023: Rochester Hills, MI 48309 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) and the visiting Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes (Bloomfield Hills, MI), saw Lutheran Northwest's basketball squad wallop Cranbrook Kingswood by a tally of 62-32.
With the victory, Lutheran Northwest improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI) to confront the Chargers in a Michigan Independent - Blue challenge on Friday, January 20. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Inter-City Baptist won 44-39 in their recent league challenge against Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI)
Next up, the Cranes confront the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) in a Freelance challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Cranbrook Kingswood will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Eaglets come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 59-28 league win over Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI).
