Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Covington Lions (Covington, LA), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA) in a Division I District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Slidell will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record.

The Lions now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Northshore for a Division I District 4 challenge on Monday, January 23.
