New York High School Basketball - Hornell knocked off by Aquinas Institute
January 19, 2024: Hornell, NY 14843 The Aquinas Institute Little Irish basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Hornell Red Raiders to 57 in the Little Irish non-league triumph on Friday.
The Little Irish now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pittsford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23.
The Red Raiders (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against York (Retsof, NY). The Golden Knights enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, York was outscored by Le Roy (Le Roy, NY), 78-73, in a league contest.
