Kansas High School Basketball - Rock Creek fells Burlington
January 19, 2024: Burlington, KS 66839 Rock Creek Mustangs (St. George, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Burlington Wildcats (Burlington, KS), 69-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rock Creek upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Sabetha (Sabetha, KS) to clash with the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Sabetha won 66-64 in their recent non-league bout against Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Silver Lake Eagles (Silver Lake, KS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Burlington will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 66-64 non-league loss to Sabetha (Sabetha, KS).
