Florida High School Basketball - Central knocked off by Flomaton

The Flomaton Hurricanes basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Central Jaguars to 60 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hurricanes now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cottage Hill Christian Academy for a 3A Area 1 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Flomaton will battle a Warriors team coming off a 66-63 league loss to Mobile Christian (Mobile, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 15-8.

The Jaguars (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ponce De Leon (Ponce De Leon, FL). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Ponce De Leon ran past Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL), 65-52, in a non-league contest.
