Florida High School Basketball - Lake Worth Christian knocked off by Pine
January 19, 2024: Boynton Beach, FL 33426 The Pine Knights basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Lake Worth Christian Defenders to 38 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerset College Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Pine will battle a Spartans team coming off a 83-82 non-league win over Greenacres Christian (Greenacres, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 6-12.
The Defenders (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Donna Klein Jewish Academy (Boca Raton, FL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Donna Klein Jewish Academy was defeated by Grandview Prep (Boca Raton, FL), 66-63, in a non-league contest.
