Oklahoma High School Basketball - Woodward knocked off by Perkins-Tryon
January 19, 2024: Perkins, OK 74059 The Perkins-Tryon Demons basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Woodward Boomers to 53 in the Demons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Demons now sport a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Guthrie for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Perkins-Tryon will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 65-48 non-league win over Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Bluejays record now stands at 13-2.
The Boomers (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Guymon was defeated by Guthrie (Guthrie, OK), 65-48, in a non-league contest.
