Oregon High School Basketball - St. Mary's overwhelms Sutherlin
January 19, 2024: Medford, OR 97504 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) and the visiting Sutherlin Bulldogs (Sutherlin, OR), saw St. Mary's's basketball squad wallop Sutherlin by a count of 69-27.
With the victory, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR) to play the Lancers in a 3A Far West challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 4-7.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR) in a 3A Far West challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Sutherlin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 73-41 league loss to Douglas (Winston, OR).
