Oklahoma High School Basketball - Purcell can't hold off Anadarko
January 19, 2024: Purcell, OK 73080 The Anadarko Warriors basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Purcell Dragons to 42 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethany for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Anadarko will battle a Bronchos team coming off a 67-22 non-league win over Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Bronchos record now stands at 11-4.
The Dragons (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Owls enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Elgin was nudged by Bethany (Bethany, OK), 67-22, in a non-league contest.
