Oklahoma High School Basketball - Enid knocked off by Byng
January 19, 2024: Ada, OK 74820 The Byng Pirates basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Enid Plainsmen to 44 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dickson for a Lake Country contest on Saturday, January 20. Byng will meet a Comets team coming off a 65-21 non-league loss to Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Comets record now stands at 3-10.
The Plainsmen (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Tulsa, OK). The Redhawks enter the 6A District 3 contest with a 6-4 record.
