January 19, 2024: Cushing, OK 74023 Okay Mustangs (Okay, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cushing Tigers (Cushing, OK), 53-37 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Okay improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK) to confront the Indians in a Freelance challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Sequoyah won 79-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Nathan Hale (Tulsa, OK)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Nathan Hale Rangers (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Cushing will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 79-26 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK).
