North Carolina High School Basketball - Harding University tops West Mecklenburg
January 19, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28214 The Harding University Rams basketball team scored 45 points and held the host West Mecklenburg Hawks to 30 in the Rams league triumph on Friday.
The Rams now sport a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Charlotte for a 3A/4A Queen City contest on Wednesday, January 24. Harding University will battle a Lions team coming off a 84-22 league loss to North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 6-10.
The Hawks (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas enter the non-league contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Palisades was defeated by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 65-35, in a league contest.
