January 19, 2024: Omaha, NE Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Westview (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Marian Crusaders (Omaha, NE), saw Westview's basketball squad hold off Marian by a count of 68-66.
With the victory, Westview upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The host Gretna (Gretna, NE) to play the Dragons in a A District TBD challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Gretna lost 53-44 in their recent league challenge against Marian (Omaha, NE)
Next up, the Crusaders play the Buena Vista Bison (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Marian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 59-23 league loss to Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE).
