Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Novato Hornets (Novato, CA), 59-11 in a league bout.

With the win, Redwood upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Giants travel to Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA) to clash with the Pride in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Pride go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Salesian College Preparatory won 71-29 in their recent league bout against De Anza (El Sobrante, CA)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons (San Anselmo, CA) in a Marin County bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Novato will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Peregrine Falcons go into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 45-34 league loss to San Marin (Novato, CA).
