January 19, 2024: Roswell, NM 88203 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) and the host Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM), saw Rio Rancho's basketball squad hold off Roswell by a count of 72-67.
With the victory, Rio Rancho upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to play the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a record of 0-6.
Next up, the Coyotes play the Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Roswell will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 48-41 non-league win over Belen (Belen, NM).
