Massachusetts High School Basketball - Archbishop Williams sneaks past Stoughton
January 19, 2025: Braintree, MA 02184 The Archbishop Williams Bishops (Braintree, MA) basketball edged the visiting Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA), 67-60 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Bishops now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Concord-Carlisle for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Archbishop Williams will play a Patriots team coming off a 70-56 non-league loss to Lexington (Lexington, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-6.
With the loss, Stoughton falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Black knights travel to King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA) to play the Warriors in a Hockomock bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-6. King Philip Regional lost 66-62 in their recent league bout against Taunton (Taunton, MA)
