In Sunday's non-league contest, the host Eagle Academy III Eagles basketball team scored a close 75-68 triumph over the Summit Academy Eagles.

The Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Architecture, Engineering and Construction (Bronx, NY). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record.
