New York High School Basketball - La Salle Institute thwarts Our Lady of Lourdes
January 19, 2025: Troy, NY 12180 The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) and the visiting Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY), observed La Salle Institute's basketball team knock off Our Lady of Lourdes by a score of 93-83.
The Cadets (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hudson (Hudson, NY). The Bluehawks come into the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Hudson dropped by Tolman (Pawtucket, RI), 59-50, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Spackenkill Spartans (Poughkeepsie, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Our Lady of Lourdes will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record.
