Ohio High School Ice Hockey - Lake knocks off Normandy
January 19, 2025: Parma, OH 44134 In Sunday's non-league contest, the visiting Lake Flyers ice hockey team scored a close 7-3 triumph over the Normandy Invaders.
The Flyers (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Royals come into the non-league contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy got by Normandy (Parma, OH), 7-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Invaders battle the Avon Eagles (Avon, OH) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, January 26. Normandy will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 7-12 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH).
