The Matanzas Pirates basketball team (Palm Coast, FL), was nudged 64-57 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Westside Wolverines (Jacksonville, FL)

The Wolverines now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Kenny for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 5. Westside will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 63-47 non-league win over Yulee (Yulee, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-3.
