Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Benton ripped by Northwest Area
January 2, 2024: Benton, PA 17814 The Northwest Area Rangers basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Benton Tigers to 29 in the Rangers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rangers now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sullivan County for a Midd-Penn contest on Friday, January 5. Northwest Area will battle a Griffins team coming off a 55-41 league win over Millville (Millville, PA). The Griffins record now stands at 3-6.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Red Raiders enter the Midd-Penn contest with a 3-5 record.
